Topic of my post for today will be: BIRKIN

What is BIRKIN? I suppose some of you would know what BIRKIN is. For those who dont know, well, BIRKIN is the name of a bag. BIRKIN was first out in the year 1986. It was name after a France famous pop star, Jane Birkin. The fifth CEO of HERMES, Jean Louis Dumas designed this extraordinary bag specially for Jane Birkin, and therefore BIRKIN bag was named after this lady. In 2004, Gautier made a new designed for this BIRKIN bag which was named, Shoulder BIRKIN. There are 90 different materials and colours for you to choose for your BIRKIN bag. It can cost up to S$181,000. However, there are still a long list of people on the waiting list as designers need up to 3 months to finish one bag, hence you can only get this bag after 6 months or even 1 year. They are all made in France and it is really ORIGINAL. However, in my opinion, is it really worth it to spend S$181,000 for a bag? You can buy lots of things with these money and these sum of money can also feed thousands of poor people in the poor country for months. And i mean, HELLO~~~ its just a BAG. You are only buying the brand. Why can't those people just buy a normal bag?

My sister have one of this bag, BIRKIN. And she spent S$120,000 on that particular bag. And to add on, she has more than 15 LV bags, 10 CHANEL bags, 5 CHOEL bags, and there's more to go. But cant she just save a bit of her husband's money?=.= All her things are branded, branded and branded. And i mean, oh my mama..

hi everyone!
i'm just back from the Chingay parade..
it was a really long day..
reached art house ard3.00pm
we were the volunteers to help spread the 'environmental friendly' message.
so we went ard city hall and raffles to spread the msg~~ until abt 6.30pm, it ended..
debrief for everyone..
so ard8.00pm, only some of us stayed back for the chingay parade..
sil,liting,preethi,charlene,divya,huilin,woonchi,aisyah,noella,wenxian,carlisle,junhong and me!
parade was wonderful and fun..got fireworks! NICE AND ROCKS!!
took lots of photos.
too late to post now so will post tml!
and i promise that this time i will REALLY post all the photos!=)
